Learning about Annuities at a Seminar
A friend of mine asked me if equity indexed annuities were a scam. They went over fixed indexed annuities at the seminar he attended last evening by a company called Allianz. Here’s some info about the company at http://myannuityrate.com. He told me that they actually are linked to a stock market index. So there is the potential for greater gains compared to a fixed annuity, but at the same time, without stock market risk associated to variable annuities.
